Sunday Reflections

Habitual Mindfulness One of the best practices I have ever implemented consistently is habitual reflection. This could be something that you do every day, a couple days a week, or once a week. I wouldn't advise doing it less than once a week because then I feel like there is almost too much to reflect on that some things might not get the attention they deserve. Every decision made takes an individual somewhere else in their life and even right now we are all here because of a cumulation of decisions, or crossroads. I especially like this image, not only because of how I feel it can signify everyday decision mak...

When I say areas of the mind there are a few thing  I am talking about, one of which is troubles with prioritization of oneself. I used to be a people pleaser to a fault and would go out of my way to do things for other people no matter how detrimental it may have been to my personal life, my school work, or just my mental health. Learning how to say no can be hard for a lot of people and I want to help any of my readers learn how and when to say no. Saying no can seem like a bad thing and people may be let down or even angry at your for it but if you know that you should say no then you should do it. Another thing that I want to help people with is to train their gut and their snap judgement. Being decisive can be extremely beneficial in many ways, including what I mentioned about learning how to say no. Fine tuning your snap judgement can help with prioritization of your daily agenda and ...
